Use more recyclable materials and recycled materials

Such as RPET polyester, RPET non-woven fabric, RPET peach skin fabric, RPET mesh fabric, and promote environmentally friendly materials to customers. Using environmentally friendly inks, every detail of the product is environmentally friendly and harmless to the environment. We have also made efforts in air pollution. We have built an environmentally friendly printing workshop. The smell of ink is filtered by carbon and then discharged, which can reduce air pollution caused by the printing process.

Going Green is a trend. Our core purpose is to create product solutions with renewable materials and we have been doing this for many years. While promoting the concept of environmental protection, we constantly promote bags made of environmentally friendly materials to our customers. We are committed to reducing the production of new plastic by recycling old plastics into new ones.

Recycled PET (rPET) is a high quality and strong polyester fibre made from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles (post-consumer PET bottles). Labels are removed from the bottles, bottles are crushed and washed, and from the recycled plastic chips new rPET yarns are spun. From these yarns the new rPET polyester fabric is woven. Recycled PET is an eco-friendly material as we reduce the production of new plastic by recycling old plastic. Thus we are also keeping the bottles out of the landfills and oceans!

In addition, the production of rPET is less energy consuming. It is a proper way to conserve natural resources and reduce the burden on the environment. Independent research proves that medium sized re-usable folding shopping bags from rPET and PET have the lowest environmental impact compared to medium sized bags made from other materials.
